It is a street chalk art display where participants create one-of-a-kind designs in three square foot spaces on Saturday, May 4th beginning at 10:00 a.m. The designs will remain on display throughout the festival (weather permitting). Registration is recommended but walk-up participants are welcome. There is a small fee to participate (each will receive a box of chalk as long as supplies last).
Safety of our artists and general public is our number one concern however, the festival happens rain or shine! Bring your umbrellas and a jacket or your sunscreen and hats and join the fun!

No, there is not an ATM but many artists can process credit card payments. You may also want to bring cash.
Yes! Music Café will be a chance for you to set back, relax, grab a bit to eat and enjoy the sounds. You can bring your own chairs or sit under the 20X20 tent where tables and chairs will be provided.
Food trucks and restaurants will be on site. Beer, wine, sodas, water will also be available. Downtown restaurants are just a short block from the festival.
Public restrooms are located next to Canton City Hall as well as port a johns.
Dogs are welcome but they must be on a leash. Please be mindful that there will be large crowds.

Yes, Elizabeth St and S. Church St closure will be in effect from Friday afternoon until Sunday night.
Free on street parking is available as well as the Cherokee County Courthouse parking deck, 94 N. Main St.
Brown Park is located in front of the Canton Police Station (previously Canton City Hall) and one block off W. Main St. in Historic downtown Canton. The address is 251 E. Marietta St., Canton 30114.
Admission is free but the suggested donation is $5/adult and $10/family.
The festival is an art and craft show featuring local and national artists. Art includes jewelry, pottery, paintings, woodworking, metal, textile, sculpture, glass and photography. It will also include music, the Canton Chalk Walk, the Jack Fincher Jr. Rising Artist Area, food and plenty of entertainment.
